Fineksi Joins Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia #3 in Luxembourg
Fineksi was selected as one of 15 fintechs for Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia #3, a competitive program organized by The LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology) that brought innovators from nine countries to Luxembourg in June 2026. The selection recognizes Fineksi’s AI-powered document intelligence for credit analysis, which helps lenders process loans faster, detect fraud, and reduce non-performing loans. It also opens the door to new partners, mentors, and potential funding through NextFin Asia.

Fineksi is proud to be one of 15 fintechs selected for Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia #3, a highly competitive program organized by The LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology) that brings together some of Southeast Asia's most promising financial technology innovators. Fineksi is one of only two Indonesian companies in the 2026 cohort, a milestone that reflects the growing need for smarter, faster, and safer credit decisions across the region.
What Is Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia?
Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia is an acceleration program run by The LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology), Luxembourg's national fintech innovation hub. The LHoFT connects fintech innovators with financial institutions, investors, and policymakers, and through Catapult, it helps high-impact fintechs from Southeast Asia scale their solutions and build bridges between Asia and Europe.
The third edition of the program selected 15 companies from 9 countries after a rigorous selection process. Together, the cohort is working on the challenges that matter most to the region's financial future:
- Financial inclusion
- MSME finance
- Climate finance
- Digital infrastructure
This year also marked an important first. Selected fintechs gained access to direct funding opportunities through NextFin Asia, the dedicated Catapult fund developed in partnership with Luxembourg's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and ADB Ventures.

Why Fineksi Was Selected
Access to credit remains one of the biggest barriers to economic growth in Southeast Asia, especially for MSMEs and underserved borrowers. At the same time, lenders face a difficult balancing act: they need to approve loans quickly to stay competitive, but rushing the process increases the risk of fraud and non-performing loans (NPLs).
Fineksi was built to solve exactly this problem.
As an AI-powered Document Intelligence for Credit Analysis company, Fineksi helps financial institutions streamline their credit process by:
- Ingesting all borrower documents such as bank statements, financial reports, invoices, and identity documents, and turning them into structured, usable data.
- Detecting fraud by spotting inconsistencies, manipulated documents, and suspicious patterns that are easy to miss in manual review.
- Delivering AI-based credit analysis that gives credit teams clear, data-driven insights to support their decisions.
The result is simple but powerful: lenders can process loans faster without sacrificing quality, while keeping NPLs under control. This approach directly supports the Catapult program's mission of expanding financial inclusion and strengthening MSME finance, because better credit analysis means more creditworthy borrowers can get the funding they need.
The Program in Luxembourg
The cohort traveled to Luxembourg in June 2026 for the first week of the program, which included a series of sessions, meetings, and networking opportunities with Luxembourg's financial and innovation ecosystem.
One of the key highlights was Nexus Luxembourg on 10–11 June 2026, where the 15 fintechs connected with investors, financial institutions, policymakers, and ecosystem partners from Europe and Asia.
For Fineksi, the week in Luxembourg was an opportunity to:
- Showcase its AI-powered credit analysis to a global audience
- Connect with potential partners, investors, and financial institutions
- Learn from mentors and industry experts
- Exchange ideas with fellow founders tackling similar challenges across the region
What This Means for Fineksi and Our Partners
Being part of Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia #3 is more than a recognition. It is a platform to accelerate Fineksi's growth and bring its technology to more financial institutions across Southeast Asia.
Through the program's network, mentorship, and the potential funding available via NextFin Asia, Fineksi is better positioned to:
- Expand to new markets beyond Indonesia
- Strengthen its AI capabilities for document intelligence and fraud detection
- Help more lenders make faster, smarter, and safer credit decisions
As the program community put it, the real work starts now. Fineksi is ready to take on that work and continue building a more inclusive and resilient financial ecosystem.
