Fineksi and Shinhan Bank Vietnam have signed a cooperation agreement to deploy AI-powered Document Intelligence for corporate credit analysis and assessment. The partnership grew out of Fineksi's participation in the Global Shinhan Innoboost 2025 program, moving the solution from Proof of Concept to real-world deployment. Together, the two parties aim to deliver faster, more efficient, and higher-quality credit analysis, with the system expected to go live in 2026.

Ho Chi Minh City, September 21, 2026 – Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ("Shinhan Bank") has officially entered into a cooperation agreement with Fineksi Company Limited ("Fineksi"), marking a new milestone in the two parties' partnership to advance technology adoption and innovation in banking operations.
Under the cooperation framework, Shinhan Bank will contribute its banking expertise and practical experience in corporate lending, while defining business requirements and operational needs and participating in the evaluation and refinement of the solution to ensure alignment with the Bank's processes and operational standards. Leveraging its expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) technology, Fineksi will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing the AI-powered solution to address Shinhan Bank's practical business requirements.
Combining Shinhan Bank's Expertise with Fineksi's AI
The cooperation focuses on an AI-powered project for the analysis and assessment of corporate credit, designed to support credit officers in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging data throughout the customer assessment process. Fineksi previously participated in the Global Shinhan Innoboost 2025 program organized by Shinhan Future's Lab Vietnam.
